He is a lawyer and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has specialization in general Corporate Advisory, Corporate Governance and Restructuring, inbound foreign investments and also has expertise in handling diverse legal matters such as Civil Law, Corporate Law, Family Law, Criminal Law and has a keen understanding of complexities of finance, Corporate regulations, Compliance & Governance.

His business law experience includes advising corporate clients on setting-up, maintenance and winding up of companies/ LLPs/ Branch offices / liaison offices, drafting commercial agreements, undertaking corporate due diligence, obtaining various statutory registrations and advising clients on Companies Act, foreign exchange control regulations, SEBI regulations, etc.

Ms. Priyanka (PHD, LL.M, M.com, LL.B, B.com)

She is an expert in Company Law, Securities Laws, and Regulations; and its related rules & regulations, Industrial Law, and Environmental Laws. Her areas of specialization include IPRs, Trademarks, copyrights, company related services, ITR, GST, board process, governance, audits, civil and family matters and she appeared in Districts and High courts of respective states. She has addressed several conferences, seminars, and workshops and has written more than 100 articles on corporate laws. she was a Trademark hearing officer, She is also active speaker in various events organised by various agencies, such as ICSI, Universities.

He is a law professional with years of experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial law. His experience includes advising a number of companies and investors on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and early to mid-stage legal assignment in the manufacturing and retail sectors.
